Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping

 Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receiving your cleared payment and shipped via UPS ground service and drop-off without signature.

If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature or UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Overnight or UPS Overnight AM an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Please specify which shipping method you would like when placing your order, otherwise it will be shipped UPS Ground by default.

 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

All orders will be boxed and shipped according to their size, if you have any special shipping request, please call us. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

 

If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.

Returns

 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or your purchase is damaged, You can return your item(s) for Full Store Credit or Exchange within 30 days of purchase. Returns/Exchanges must be unused and in the condition you received them in.

Just send us one email of the order you want to return and after receiving a confirmation email, ship it back to us at the address below.

Additional Shipping Information

After product has shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. If you have a deadline You must request expedited shipping, terms from the shipping company still apply to lost packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. Order Early not Last Minute.

Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control, no refunds will be allowed because of shipping delays.

If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss, this generally takes 7-10 working days after initial scheduled delivery.

Again, please order early as we cannot control delivery of your product after it leaves our production facility.
